Pastor Rui (Ray) Yang has served as Pastor of the Chinese Ministry since 2024. He grew up in Harbin, China. During his university studies in the United Kingdom, he majored in Urban Planning and Transportation Planning, and earned degrees in these fields. After graduation, he returned to China and worked in the fields of transport planning, multilateral finance, and private business. In 2019, God called him to full-time ministry through a short-term mission trip and led him to pursue theological studies at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in the United States, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. He met and married his wife, Xiyi (Apple), during their time studying abroad, and they are blessed with one daughter, Grace.

Elder David T. is a social-worker by trade, and is gifted in administration and caring. He wears many hats in the church and serves in the Choir and various other areas.

Elder Brodie D. is native to the Pacific Northwest and is in healthcare administration by trade.  He serves as the church treasurer, is on the welcome team, and various other areas.
